Online Proofing System
To make the print proofing process easier, DP Communications offers customers the Online Proofing System.

The OPS allows our customers quick and easy access to proof their jobs online. Not only does this save our partners time and money, it allows them to proof documents and provide instantaneous feedback right from their desks.

Any print items which require variable and personalised data to be input can be set up on the OPS. Ideal printed items for this solution include business cards, letterheads, compliment slips or marketing materials which are utilised by various locations with different contact details.

End users can log on to a secure site to view templates, input the personalised or variable data, proof the finished item on screen, send for internal approval before transmission direct to DPC's digital presses for immediate printing.

On-line Ordering

Online Ordering System
To ensure ease and speed of ordering DPC has introduced an online solution for customers to view and order office products and bespoke printed materials.

Customers can register for access to the system and enable users to login and browse catalogues, predefined catalogue subsections or templates of frequently ordered products. Users can then create a shopping basket of goods, send for internal approval before submission to DPC for next day fulfilment.
